Shipping Costs

International shiping rates are based on our average government contract costs to ship to specific countries and world regions using FedEx International Economy Shipping.

In addition to the variable shipping costs, orders shipped outside the United States are assessed an international shipping processing fee of $15. For apostille request orders, this is covered by the apostille request processing fee of $15. See Order Certificates and Marriage Document FAQs.

United States shipping rates for overnight or two-day delivery are based on our average government contract costs for those FedEx services.
