Many functions of the Marriage License Office can be completed online. The system is available 24/7 for marriage license applications, document ordering, and designee requests.

You are also welcome to visit our office to apply for a marriage license in person, to order and receive certified copies of a completed marriage license/certificate in person, or to have a civil wedding ceremony. Appointments are required for wedding ceremonies. Other marriage license services do not require an appointment.

The Utah County Marriage License and Passport Offices are closed during monthly staff training meetings. These occur between 1:30pm and 3:00pm on:
