Processing of online orders will begin before the end of the next business day. You will be given a link to help you track the status of your order.
Apostilles are processed by the Lt. Governor of the State of Utah. Expect two weeks between placing your order and your order being ready to ship.
ORDER / PICK-UP IN PERSON: Marriage licenses/certificates can be ordered in person at the Utah County Marriage License Office located at 111 S University Ave in Provo, UT. Knowing your marriage license number will speed up the process. Certified copies can be printed while you wait. Bring an ID for identity verification. Payment can be made through cash, check, or debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
