You will need to know your marriage license number and the names as they appeared on the license (maiden name). Be prepared to upload an image of your ID and face (selfie) to prove you have legal access to the record. Pay with a debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
Apostilles are processed by the Lt. Governor’s office, not ours. We will prepare a request package for you, but we have no control over how long it may take for the Lt. Governor’s office to process the apostille and ship it to you.
ORDER / PICK-UP IN PERSON: Marriage licenses/certificates can be ordered in person at the Utah County Marriage License Office located at 111 S University Ave in Provo, UT. Knowing your marriage license number will speed up the process. Certified copies can be printed while you wait. Bring an ID for identity verification. Payment can be made through cash, check, or debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
