Description: Through this Request for Information (RFI), Utah County is seeking responses from potential concession providers and/or operators (Respondent) concerning potential ideas for improvement and operation of the Bridal Veil Falls area, which is owned by Utah County, in Provo Canyon, Utah. Utah County seeks to obtain descriptions of services, capabilities, products, specifications, features, processes, contracting options, and other information or suggestions for consideration prior to possibly issuing a formal request for proposal (RFP) for such items Responses to this RFI should include a description of the Respondent’s qualifications and the services they provide that may be advantageous to have located at Bridal Veil Falls. Descriptions should include details of how those services would benefit the public and Utah County. This is a Request for Information only and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that Utah County will take procurement action in this matter. Any response to this RFI is non-binding and will be used for informational purposes only in order to potentially develop a public solicitation. Utah County shall not be liable for any cost incurred in responding to this RFI or in furnishing the requested information. Any information obtained in a response may or may not be used in a future RFP.
