Description: The Utah County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from interested parties for the operation, maintenance, and management of the North Utah County Equestrian Park, located at 9450 North 6800 West, consisting of 37.069 acres of land, an indoor riding arena with an attached shop to service and store equipment, an office with restrooms, an outdoor riding arena consisting of stock pens, an announcer booth and loading chutes, a horse barn with 10 individual stalls, a parking lot that provides access to both the indoor and outdoor arena, four large pavilions with individual parking areas, and two playgrounds. Currently, the facility is located in unincorporated Utah County surrounded by Lehi City, American Fork City, and Highland City.
