The contract will be for one year, with the possibility for three (3) one-year extensions. Number of x-rays may exceed thirty (30) per week. Prospective bidders must be able to accommodate that volume. The Utah County Security Center is located at 3075 North Main, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660. The Utah County Security Center is a detention facility for prisoners. The Security Center does not contain equipment to provide x-ray diagnostic services.
