Description: The Utah County Sheriff's Office is soliciting proposals for providing commissary services for a jail population of approximately 900 inmates. The proposal will include a full range of services such as inmate accounting software, accounting software, computer hardware & support, and commissary services for the inmates. Companies who submit a response to this RFP shall be responsible to submit technical and service solutions based on their programs that meet or exceed the goals and objectives contained in the RFP. Bid packets containing all specifications and requirements are available online at www.bidsync.com. There is no cost to suppliers to sign up with BidSync. Bids will be accepted until 3:00 pm MDT on Wednesday, November 5, 2014. Utah County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
