Utah County is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineers for the design of: 1) a new structure to replace the existing bridge structure at the mouth of Payson Canyon in Utah County, including a new diversion structure for irrigation flow to replace the existing structure located approximately 40 feet upstream from the existing bridge structure; and 2) a water measurement device to be placed near the Payson Canyon Debris Basin or another location more practical or efficient for proposed design and operation.
