On December 7, 2018, Tyerell Joe Przybycien, 19, from Spanish Fork, was sentenced to a term of 5 years to life at the Utah State Prison after pleading guilty to Child Abuse Homicide, a first-degree felony.

Robbie Michael MacDonald was sentenced to the Utah State Prison for a term of 0-5 years for Child Abuse, a third-degree felony, to run consecutive with a class A misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.

On September 10, 2018, Enmanuel De Paz, 20, was sentenced to the Utah State Prison for killing 24-year-old Ammon Elliott Brown in Provo, Utah on November 21, 2016.

Jesse William Gourdin, 23, was sentenced to the Utah State Prison for Manslaughter and Aggravated Assault, both second-degree felonies. Each charge carries a prison sentence of 1-15 years.

On September 27th, 2017, following a 2- day jury trial, Stephen Anderson Wold, 28, of Highland, Utah, was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child, a first-degree felony.

Dr. Dale Harland Heath, 58, a chiropractor from Orem, was taken into custody on September 21, 2017, after being found guilty by a jury of Object Rape, Forcible Sexual Abuse, and Sexual Battery.

On August 30th, 2017, Gilberto Martinez, 35, was found guilty of two 1st degree felonies for Sodomy upon a Child.

On April 20, 2015, Ms. Hunstman was sentenced to six life sentences, three consecutive and three concurrent, at the Utah State Prison. The first parole hearing date is scheduled for April 2064, at which time she will be 89 years old.

On July 8, 2015, Ms. Grunwald was sentenced to 25 years to life for the aggravated murder, 15 to life for attempted aggravated murder, and additional terms for her various other crimes.

On August 22, 2014, Tracy Scott was sentenced to a term of 15 years to life in the Utah State Prison.
