9:00 am: Bidder Check-In/Registration Opens.
9:59 am: Treasurer stops accepting redemption payments for properties listed for sale.
9:59 am: Bidder Check-In/Registration Closes.
10:00 am: County Auditor or Auctioneer opens the auction.
Approx 10:15 am: Bidding begins.
Between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm: Bidding ends.

Bidders are given time to pay bids with the Utah County Treasurers Office.
All unsold/unpaid for properties will be made available to the online auction.

2:15 pm: Online bidding begins.

12:00 pm: Auction is closed by and all unsold properties are struck off.

Bidders pay bids in accordance with auction vendor's requirements. Any properties that go unpaid may be offered for sale at later date online.
