County and School Board Candidate Disclosures

A required Campaign financial disclosure report is required for all candidates for county office and candidates for local school board.

The deadline(s) to file a campaign financial disclosure report are as follows:

  • 30 days after withdrawal or elimination

  • Seven days preceding the County Conventions
      Candidates Participating in their County Convention need to report expenditures 10 days prior to the date of the convention

  • Seven days preceding the Primary Election
    • Candidates on the primary ballot need to report expenditures 10 days prior to the date of the election

  • Seven days preceding the General Election
    • Candidates on the general ballot need to report expenditures 10 days prior to the date of the election

  • No later than 30 days after the General Election

All campaign financial disclosure reports are available for public inspection no later than one business day after the statement is filed. An electronic copy will be posted on the county website no later than seven business days after the statement is filed.
