Senior Companion Program

Serving Utah County

What is the Senior Companion Program?
The Senior Companion Program provides an opportunity for healthy, active seniors to help other seniors maintain their independence and provide respite to caregivers. Qualified volunteers not only enjoy the satisfaction of serving their community but receive many other benefits.

Senior Companions serve 15-40 hours per week and assist the elderly with essential needs.

Without the help of Senior Companions, many older adults would not be able to continue living at home and would need more expensive, less personal care.

The Senior Companion Program is made possible by a federal grant from the Corporation for National and Community Service
and is sponsored by Utah County Government.
