Property owners and representatives may use this system to file an appeal of a property valuation. This system is for the appeal of a property valuation only. Property taxes cannot be appealed, however if a property owner's appeal results in the lowering of their property value, property taxes will usually be lower as well.
The Valuation Appeal deadline for 2023 is Friday September 15 at 11:59:59 pm for all appeals submitted online. All appeals submitted AFTER September 15 must have a "Late Appeal Form" (use button below) uploaded with the appeal documentation. If you are submitting a late appeal, you must download and complete a late appeal form or your appeal may be dismissed. Late appeals can be accepted by the county until March 31st of the following year.

Before You Get Started

New Users
Register as a user of the system. Your registration will allow you to track multiple appeals in the system from multiple years. You will only need to register as a user once. If you have forgotten your username and password, register again as a new user. If you use the same username as before, the system will still show all appeals filed under that username.

Getting Ready to File
  • Have the parcel/serial numbers you wish to appeal in front of you.
  • Have your "Appeal Reason Code" and "Owners Opinion of Fair Market Value" already selected for each parcel/serial number that is in your appeal.
  • Have all of your documentation ready to upload as a pdf, jpg, png, or Microsoft Office document.
  • Have all of your documentation organized for upload by parcel/serial number.
Filing an appeal is a one-way street. Once you start, you cannot save your work until you have submitted your appeal. The system will time out if there is no activity after 10 minutes and you will need to start over. Do not to start an appeal until you will be able to complete the filing process without being interupted. Most appeals will take less than 5 minutes to file if you have all of your information organized and ready to go.
