TIMMY BRENT OLSEN

On February 11, 2011 Mr. Olsen pleaded guilty to manslaughter, a second degree felony, and was immediately sentenced to one to 15 years in prison, for the 1995 murder of Kiplyn Davis. The one to 15 year sentence will be served concurrent with the sentence he is serving for a federal perjury conviction.
