Convicted in the Federal Court for the District of Utah.

On January 28, 2015, Adrian Garcia was convicted of Distribution of Methamphetamine in the Federal Court for the District of Utah. This case was the result of a joint investigation by the Utah County Major Crime's Task Force and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and was prosecuted jointly by the Utah County Attorney's Office and the United States Attorney's Office. Prior to this case, Mr. Garcia had been arrested on multiple distribution-type charges in Utah County, but continued to deal drugs. Based on his continued criminal conduct, law enforcement increased their efforts in investigating Mr. Garcia which ultimately led to this significant conviction. Based on the federal sentencing guidelines, it is expected that Mr. Garcia will be sentenced to serve 10 years in federal prison.
