LARRY O. BOSH

Received maximum prison sentences for two Felony Securities Fraud and four Communications Fraud offenses.

His co-defendant, David S. Benson (40), was sentenced to 270 days in jail and four years of supervised probation. Their joint restitution is $59 million with $1.3 million in court-ordered restitution. Additionally, in Federal Court on April 1, 2014, Bosh and Benson each received two year federal prison sentences beginning May 28, 2014, for Tax Fraud. Bosh and Benson sold securities in Utah County for a California company named Money & More. Bosh and Benson were not registered to sell securities and did not make important disclosures to investors; such as, receiving a ten percent finder's fee on investor funds. The investigation was conducted by the Utah County Attorney's Office-Bureau of Investigations and the IRS-Criminal Division in Salt Lake City. These cases were prosecuted by the Utah County Attorney's Office and U.S. Attorney's Office in Utah.
